let’s see… what should i write about?
it’s 8 days before Christmas, i have one gift for my wife. i was bidding on something on eBay and was waaaaaaaay out bid… very frustrating because it seriously would have been the perfect gift.
we’re headed up to Erie again today, my parents are in town for Christmas from NC.
last night the Weimers took us out to dinner down in Slippery Rock. we had hoped to go to the brewery (brrrrrrwrrrrrry), but it’s STILL not open. i swear it was supposed to be open before we were married back in August, but they’re still definitely working on it. we went to the Ginger Hill Inn – food was decent, Guinness is, as I have said before, overrated.
we watched the finale of the Apprentice. i think i feel self righteous that i have never watched that show before – and i don’t intend to. reality shows are so stupid, i really don’t understand how people can get that into them. i think the best word to sum them up is – SMARMY. seriously, how do you people get that into a show that is just exploiting people, using sex to sell you the show and promote values that are worthless. CAPITALISM, SEX, FIGHTS, BACKSTABBING!!! wheeee!
i’ll take simpsons, snl and sinfield any day of the week.
back to work, the files are done syncing up.
…i need to do more entries to get back into the swing of them.
