Yesterday, as we drove back from Cleveland, Carrie and I talked about political stuff and I got an idea for a good bumper-sticker. I might do it.
On most issues, I would be considered left, but there are a couple of issues that keep me from totally being “blue”… meaning I lean left. I’m guessing there are more and more people who when they weigh all of the issues are moderate, but have a definite leaning one way or the other again, though, not enough to fall squarely in that camp. These people are who these stickers are for.
Do you think people would buy them?
(Oh, by the way, as of today I claim the copyright on them… unless someone already has.)
Also, I need to clean this place up so I’m going to be searching for a new theme, there might be some disarray for now though. I just feel that the “metal” red and black is overdone and, honestly, I’m not that metal or tough.
I came across this site today: iTunes Signature Maker
What it does is take the songs you listen to most or like best (as listed on your computer’s iTunes playlist) and creates a ‘signature’ from them consisting of bits of each of a specific number of songs. Here is my 60 second ‘signature’.
iTunes Signature.mp3
After looking at the list of songs it pulled in, they’re definitely most of my favorites.

I didn’t care much about football until after the season ended last year and I got NCAA Football 2005 for about $10 and was asked to join a fantasy football league (I lost in the 1st round of the playoffs).
Anyhow, at the beginning of the season I decided to pick a team – a new team I guess. See, in Junior High I was a Bills fan, but decided that I didn’t care anymore after the threepeat losses at the SB. Anyhow, I live about an hour from Pittsbugh and my Western PA Pride has become overwhelming lately so, of course my new team is the STILLERS!
Tonight I jumped around, high-fived and hugged other men in a semi-homoerotic but thouroughly masculine way. I picked a good year to pick a new team… and care…
Oh, and I got this email from England:
The Steelers into the SuperBowl…with a little help (make that a serious amount of help, no make that carried there) from a Miami OH graduate…something thats travelled from Ohio to Penn that has been good huh?! It’s all about Ben.
You may be sick but I’m guessing you’re happy sick right now.
I didn’t think they cared at all about runney-tossey-ball over there, but it’s good to know they follow entertaining sports as well – not just ones that take days to finish a match.
