		<description>we have something like that up here in my town.  it&#039;s awesome, especially when you are a social worker trying to get your homeless clients a place to live and a job and some food and other stuff- like trying to find out if they froze to death during the last cold snap.  That&#039;s a great message... &quot;hi, um, joe? it&#039;s lora.  call me if you&#039;re not dead, okay?  just a quick call to check in with me is fine.&quot;</description>
