It was VERY tough to find out who had the account. Twitter's privacy policy is in full force by their staff. However, I have recently learned that you can stop someone who is posting to Twitter falsely. They have some steps you can take to preserve your name, especially if you are a higher profile individual. I'd say it might be polite to let Arlington Alert know that you've hooked them up.
